in which i have a mini freak out
So I’ve mentioned this summer course I am taking? The one I’m really excited about and so happy that I finally am able to have a class with the professor? The one that I am also a little afraid of because I think it might be over my head just a bit (It’s an upper division course and I’m not an upper division student yet) Yeah that class….It’s freaking me out just a bit. I have one week to read 3 books - at total of 917 pages and 2 of them must be read by Tuesday. But I can’t just read these books, I have to read these books because written responses are due for each text as well as participation in class discussion during our 3 1/2 hour class. Yeah and did I mention that there are only 10 other students in this class out of which 3 are working w on their Masters or PHD? This does not make it easy to get lost in the crowd. Oh and, and! I’m getting married in 8 days which is greatly affecting my concentration abilities and not in a good way.
So me, “that crazy chick”, I suppose I had better get to it! Oh and, and! I’m getting married in 8 days :O) which is greatly affecting my concentration abilities and not in a good way.

Ahh, CONGRATULATIONS!! I didn’t know you were getting married, its going to be wonderful, just try to relax and enjoy….I know, I know, easier said than done!! =)

But good luck on your class! That is an INSANE amount of reading (is that a typical week??) and reminding me a bit of my days as a history major (though I don’t think I read that much for a single class!) It is really intense, but you’ll make it through!
