Roasted Apple and Walnut Tarts

one 8 oz sheet
frozen puff pastry, thawed
1
apple, cored and cubed (1/2 in pieces)
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1/2 cup
chopped walnuts
1/4 cup
raisins (optional)
whipped cream (optional for garnish)

Description
Super simple!! A fancy "twist" on the baked apple. A quick and easy light dessert that is perfect for a dinner party or a special treat with the kids.
Instructions
heat oven to 400
cut puff pastry into 4 squares
line cups in muffin tin with pastry with corners sticking out
in small bowl, mix apple, sugar, walnuts and raisins (if using)
fill each pastry with 1/4 of the mix
bake until pastry is golden brown (about 25 min)
let cool for 10 min before removing from tin
serve with whipped cream
Notes
Use vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream for a an even yummier dessert :O)
