  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh muchrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 14.5 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked pasta

InstructionsInstructions  
  • combine all ingredients except pasta in slow cooker
  • cover adn cook on low for 7 or 8 hours
  • add pasta
  • cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes
NotesNotes  I like to serve this soup with toast or grilled cheese sandwiches.
