  • 1 1/3 stick (2/3 cup) butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup graham flour*
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Six 1 1/2 oz chocolate candy bars, broken into small squares
  • 3/4 cup mini marshmellows

InstructionsInstructions  
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine butter, sugar, and honey in a large bowl. Beat with electirc miser at medium speed until creamy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla extract
  • Combine flour, graham flour, baking powder and slat in a small bowl and mix well
  • Slowly add to the creamed mixture, stirring continually

  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets and bake until golden brown - about 6 minutes
  • Remove from oven and increase oven temperature to 500 degrees
  • Top each cookies with one square of chocolate and 3 mini marshmellows.
  • Broil until marshmellows are golden - about 1 or 2 minutes (keep an eye on them)
NotesNotes  Me?I cannot get graham flour anywhere so we just make our own. Throw some graham crackers into a food processor and grind until they reach flour consistency.
