Sloppy Joe Turnovers
Ingredients
1 pound
ground beef
1/4 cup
chopped onion
1/2 cup
ketchup
1/4 cup
sour cream
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
One 12oz can
refrigerated flaky biscuits

Description
Sloppy Joes without the mess! A great recipe to make with the kids. It's fun and easy :)
Instructions
Over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion in a large skillet until brown and crumbly; drain excess fat
Stir in ketchup, sour cream, salt and garlic powder; remove from heat
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
On a lightly floured surface, pat each biscuit into a 4 inch square
Arrange squares on ungreased baking sheet
Spoon 1/4 cup of the ground been mixture into center of each square
Fold over one corner of each square to make a triangle
Seal edges with fork and cut 3 slits int top of each turnover
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes
