  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • One 12oz can refrigerated flaky biscuits

InstructionsInstructions  
  • Over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion in a large skillet until brown and crumbly; drain excess fat
  • Stir in ketchup, sour cream, salt and garlic powder; remove from heat

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  • On a lightly floured surface, pat each biscuit into a 4 inch square
  • Arrange squares on ungreased baking sheet
  • Spoon 1/4 cup of the ground been mixture into center of each square
  • Fold over one corner of each square to make a triangle
  • Seal edges with fork and cut 3 slits int top of each turnover
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes
