Description
Soooo Easy!! This recipe was handed down to me from my mom. It is the first dish I learned to cook "all by myslef". A definite favorite in our home and a fabulous dish for potlucks or a cold fall/winter evening. LIke many recipes here, this one is a great dish to have the kids help with.
Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
unwrap and cut each tamal into six peices, add to casserole dish
add chili, corn and olives
add eggs to dish and mix all ingredients
cover and cook for 45 minutes (foil works great)
remove from oven and added cheese on top
let stand 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt
serve and enjoy
Notes
I use XLNT brand tamales but I am sure that you can use another brand if you wish. I would recommend a frozen variety.
